The Gate Towers

In tune with the size and sophistication of the project, Vicaima marks the interior architecture with furnishings and flush selection veneer doors, with horizontal wenge finish and satin finished accessories, which enhance the sophistication of "The Gate Towers".

The Vicaima products integrated in the various facilities of this developemnt range from doors to closets, bathroom furniture and even kitchens. The Portaro®, integrated solution for ready to fit door and frame, was the system chosen due to its easy installation, performance and high quality finishes, features which gave it the intended refined environment for one of the greatest developments in the Middle East.

Burj Al Salam Tower

Dubai

Residential tower equipped with Vicaima doors and frames in walnut veneer. For this project flush doors from the Essential Range, crossed veneer and satin finish details from the Exclusive Range and wardrobes were selected. On this development solutions such as doors with overpanels, double-leaf doors and fire resistant doors, among others, were also applied.

Sofitel Dubai Downtown

Dubai

Vicaima has been chosen to equip the French luxury hotel brand  Sofitel (part of the Accor Hotels Group), for their latest venture Sofitel Dubai Downtown, in the United Arab Emirates.  Vicaima’s expertise was sought with a selection of specially made product solutions including doors, frames and wall panelling, which were fitted throughout the hotel complex.

Hotel Montaigne

Cannes

Situated in the centre of Cannes, the four star Montaigne Hotel & Spa has chosen Vicaima Portaro ® doors for the refurbishment of their hotel which comprises 96 bedrooms, reception rooms, spa, restaurant and offices The hotel chose Portaro ® Connect for its entrance doors.  These integrate door and frame with a computerized fire control system, that can be accessed online. Customized with different veneers, doors from Vicaima’s Exclusive 5 collection have been used with aluminum inlays and CPL in Wenge finish, which provide a perfect visual balance. In shades of Oak Portaro ® Connect also forms part of the entrance to the Spa and plant room areas, which require high levels of security and control.
The Montaigne Hotel & Spa has Portaro ® connecting doors between rooms with FD30 fire resistance and soundproofing up to 32 decibels, all with veneered finishes of natural maple.  Bathrooms doors slide to optimize use of available space.
Fire protection is provided in various zones of the building with FD30 Portaro ®, which has been used for emergency exits, hallways and restaurants, in single doors or pairs, with or without glazing.

Albandar

Al Bandar is an entirely new island within Aldar’s prestigious Al Raha Beach Development in Abu Dhabi. Doors and wardrobes from Vicaima were selected to furnish luxury apartments in this development. Veneers in quarter cut or lighter shades like maple veneer and white lacquer, where chosen to reflect the contemporary environment of these buildings.
